- 10 years’ experience in secretarial work.

- Has good knowledge for computer application MS software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, and other related software.

- Maintains organized and updated documents for a business using document management software.
- Receive and register all incoming project related documents.
- Register and dispatch all outgoing project related documents.
- Complete and submit document transmittals as required.
